Work with coffee is their mission, to which they devote their lives since 2010. When selling various brands of coffees, they had always dreamed about roasting it themselves based on their preferences. And eventually, it became reality from 2016, when they started under the supervision of an experienced roaster at someone else’s roastery.

But that was just a starting point, a first step towards their own roastery. In 2017, they had finally bought their own roaster with the capacity of 5kg. They started to roast commodity and specialty coffee as well, and while at the beginning they roasted once a month, nowadays they roast multiple times a week!

Well, probably you already know, but Mephisto is the devil from Goethe’s Faust. And while your coffee is not actually roasted directly in hell, its taste will be always devilishly delicious. Besides, Goethe himself was also a coffee enthusiast.
